CharityCheckout.co.uk is a charity donation system run by Online Giving Ltd, a social enterprise that was conceived by Chester Mojay-Sinclare in 2009. The company’s roots stem from a competition for budding young entrepreneurs, where Chester and his team from University College London and London Business School were crowned the eventual winners.
Since then, Online Giving Ltd has grown considerably, going on to win several prestigious national awards. Online Giving Ltd maintains strong social and ethical principles, offering low cost online fundraising tools and software that help empower the voluntary sector.

Chester Mojay-Sinclare Founder
Prior to establishing CharityCheckout.co.uk, Chester read Philosophy at University College London, where he started Online Giving Ltd in 2009. His first concept was AliveandGiving.com, which is a not-for-profit charity fundraising website sponsored by University College London and UCL Business Plc.
Chester has also previously worked as a fundraiser, in both the UK and Australia, where he was inspired to help charities improve the efficiency of their fundraising. Chester is passionate about social entrepreneurship and regularly writes for some of the industry's most popular websites and news resources.
Martin ByshChairman
Martin Bysh is also the Co-Founder of WooWise Group, which has successfully launched numerous dating brands into the UK marketplace, including Smooch.com (one of the fastest growing UK dating sites), CoffeeandCompany.com and MakeFriendsOnline.com, which was sold in 2009.
Martin's professional portfolio, prior to joining Online Giving Ltd, consisted of various technical and managerial roles for clients such as: Sony, Canal Plus, Mirror Group, Virgin and Husqvarna AB.
Marcus Hamilton CTO
Marcus makes sure that we can deliver the best possible service online. Marcus spent the 1990’s as an assembly language programmer, creating video games such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Viz.
Previously, Marcus worked at NatWest Bank as a Development Manager, building world-class online banking applications.
