  • We take care of all your Gift Aid admin so that you can focus on what you do best. We also consolidate your donations into a single payment each month, to simplify your accounting.
  • You will still have access to all the data you need about your donors via your online account, where you can view this information or download it in an Excel spreadsheet for your records.

How does this work?

  • All you need to do is link a donation button to the donation page that we will provide you, shown below. You can also easily brand your page if you want to.

How can we use it to run fundraising campaigns?

CharityCheckout allows you to run an unlimited number of fundraising campaigns. When you set-up a new payment pages, you will be given the option to customise it, therefore allowing you to fundraise towards a specific goal. It takes around 60 seconds to set-up a new a campaign, which includes the ability to:

  • Brand your campaign
  • Offer specific donation options
  • Choose your own URL extension

You will be able to accept almost all forms of credit and debit card payment for both single and recurring donations. Our donation page is securely encrypted and donations are processed using SSL with a minimum 128 bit encryption and firewalls.




How much will it cost?

CharityCheckout™ is the most cost-effective way to receive tax-efficient one-off and regular donations online. We do not charge a fee on donations, but you do need to pay the 2.43% transaction costs for processing donations.
