4.2 In addition, if you have given us telephone instructions or e-mail instructions we will write to you to confirm your donation. We are required to do this by the Charities Commission for England and Wales. When we confirm your transaction we do not write your full card details.

5.1 We may share your information with selected third parties including:

(a) Employees and partners of OG to deal with accounts and charities registered with our site, and services provided by or through our site.
(b) To fundraisers, donors and charities.
(c) If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets.
(d) Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.

6. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for the charity you make a donation to. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your donation, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

6.2 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers using Secure Socket Layer online technology to encrypt the data you provide.

6.3 When we receive confirmation of your online donation we do not have access to your full card details and your payment information is not stored on our servers.

6.4 Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

6.5 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
